Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examinations will kick off this Friday, October 14, 2022, with briefing the candidates, according to the roadmap released by the Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB).
According to the roadmap, the board will on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, brief security officers involved in securing the examination process.
Ms Jennifer Kalule, UNEB Spokesperson, says examination distributors who are authorized to transport examination papers from Kyambogo to various centres across the country will be briefed on Thursday, October 13, 2022.
She says the board will address a news conference on Thursday, October 13, 2022, before briefing the chief scouts on October 14.
The roadmap shows that distribution of UCE papers will commence between 14 and 16 before the candidates start writing their papers on October 17, 2022, starting with Mathematics paper one.
Ms Kalule adds that details of the number of security officers, scouts and invigilators will be issued to the media on Wednesday.
