The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) will release the 2020 Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) results on Friday, July 30, 2021, a top official has revealed.
Before the release the Board’s top leadership will on Wednesday, July 28, brief the Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Museveni and other ministry officials on the outcome of the examinations.
The meeting with Ms Museveni will be held at State House, Entebbe, according to official sources.
The UNEB delegation will be led by the Board Chairperson, Prof Mary J N Okwakol and UNEB Executive Secretary, Dan Odongo.
Mr Patrick Muinda, the ministry of education spokesperson said the venue for the official release of the 2020 UCE results is yet to be confirmed.
According to UNEB, more than 330,000 students sat for their senior four exams last year.
This will be the second set of the 2020 national examination results released by the national examination body this year.
