Unknown people this (Wednesday) morning dropped a yellow painted piglet at the Parliamentary building in protest against human torture.

It is believed the protesters dropped the piglet there and immediately vanished from the scene before security arrived.

Eye witnesses say immediately after dropping the piglet, the men dressed in black fled towards Victoria University.

Immediately after dumping the piglet at the scene, the protesters vanished.

The animal was then chased around the street before it was bundled on a waiting police pickup and taken away.

The piglet was wrapped in banners that had anti-torture messages on them.
