Football club managers from Bunyoro, Acholi and Lango sub-regions have been equipped with skills on budgeting, communication, club restructuring and event management among others to better soccer in the country.

During a three-day Football Administration and Management Course (FAMACO) organised by the Gulu District Football Association, Mr Dickson Ongwec Lumumba, the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) Regional Development Officer, urged club managers to avoid crossing to other managers’ roles but concentrate on their stipulated ones.
He said this will wipe away any form of conflict that will see football taken to greater heights in Uganda.
Held at Pece War Memorial Stadium in Laroo-Pece Division, Gulu city, Mr Lumumba said the training that drew 40 participants from Masindi, Gulu, Kitgum, Pader, Omoro and Lira districts was timely to address such gaps.
The training ended today Thursday, October 22, 2020.
