Government has today (Wednesday) relaxed restrictions imposed on the Art and Culture sector during the March 2020 Covid-19 nationwide lockdown.
The ban has been lifted on condition that they will be conducted in gazetted open spaces from 7am to 7pm.
The lift will be effected this Saturday December 19, 2020.
This was announced by the Uganda National Cultural Forum (UNCC) this morning.
Strict observance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines are expected to be followed.
