The two occupants jumped out, fled the scene forcing the residents to turn to the abandoned white Toyota Corona vehicle registration number UAF 732 R and set it in flames.
Francis Muhumuza, some of the residents say cattle theft has increased in the area coercing them to either keep their animals indoors or spend nights outside guarding them.
However, the Albertine Region Police Spokesperson, Julius Allan Hakiza, told this website that two suspects who were travelling in the vehicle have been arrested and detained at Hoima Central Police Station identifying one of them as Godfrey Tumwesige.
